Vogler & Spencer Engineering, Inc. (VSE) was founded in 1978, primarily providing engineering services to specialty districts and developers. Today, VSE is well-established in district engineering, as well as design engineering for roadways and highways; hydraulics & hydrology studies; stormwater collection & detention systems; water supply treatment & distribution systems; wastewater collection; treatment systems; and construction administration. We are honored to serve our clients in both the private and public sectors.

VSE was named after President Jeffrey Vogler, P.E. and Vice President Erik Spencer, P.E. They began their Professional Engineering careers with the company back in 1992 and 1995. The VSE Team’s extensive knowledge of agency standards and having access to advanced engineering software have enabled us to maximize efficiency and present sustainable design solutions. Jeffrey and Erik’s work experience and the connections established over the years have molded the company into what it is today.
